BlastOff’s v1.5.0 introduced powerups into the game. And, it now has a lot more ‘game feel’.

Last month, I released a version which was meant to be the feature freeze update but a comment that was posted on the game’s itch.io page really peaked my interest. So naturally I did. The game now features 2 powerups: Shield & Boost (for now)

Additionally, I added screen shake and particle effects where it felt needed. And I’m glad to say it has significantly increased the game feel (totally unbiased ;p). I hope you guys enjoy the update as much I did when I was developing it!
